Can someone please explain to me why we keep accepting failure? Prime Minister Trudeau has been an unmitigated disaster in dealing with everything related to the Chinese Communist Party Virus; from telling us closing the borders was racist, to telling us that wearing masks was unnecessary, to completely botching the vaccine procurement.
For the record, I’m a Conservative, but that shouldn’t matter when it comes to battling this virus. I’d be just as critical if it was a Conservative Prime Minister in charge right now.
Canada is around 55th place in the world for getting our citizens vaccinated. America vaccinates more people every day before lunch than we have in the entire country.
I’m sick and tired of Trudeau stepping out of his cottage and telling us that we have millions of vaccines “on the way” and that we have contracts to secure more vaccines that any other country. Well, there is a big difference between “on the way” and having those vaccines actually going into the arms of people.
Further, having a population fully vaccinated means everyone who wants one has received two shots, both within the time-frame set by the manufacturer. Having people get their shots four months apart, against the manufacturer’s instructions, is playing politics and not following the science, as Liberals always tell us we should do. Mona Nemer, the federal government’s Chief Science Advisor, is against extending the time-frames.
Trudeau has been a complete failure as Prime Minister in almost everything he has done. This pandemic has been his crowning achievement of this failure. Would someone please explain to me how I am wrong in my assessment?
