Should Handguns be Banned in Canada?

Published in the Barrie Advance 15 August 2005 Michael Coren recently asked on his radio show on CFRB Radio ( www.cfrb.com ) if all handguns should be banned, except those carried by law enforcement officers. I say no, as banning handguns will have absolutely no effect on the gun violence currently plaguing Toronto.
