On tonight’s menu is a delightful dinner featuring crow as the main course, with humble pie for desert.
What do you do when, after chanting “Free, Free Palestine/Gaza” for the past 2 years in the streets of Canada and America, you here the voices of the Gazans chanting President Donald Trump’s name in appreciation? It will be interesting to see if the pro-Hamas agitators that have been terrorizing innocent Jews and their allies around the world with their almost daily street protests, keep up their shenanigans, or if they acknowledge this positive development for the people of Gaza.
Of course, I say that facetiously, as we all know the almost daily “Free Palestine/Gaza” protests have always been about the slaughter of all Jews and wiping Israel off the map, but I digress. I’m sure we shall soon see their true colours.
I’m starting to see a clear pattern here. President Donald Trump apparently preferred Mark Carney to win the election last April because he viewed Carney as more of a pushover, as opposed to the scrappy Pierre Poilievre. It’s unknown if Poilievre would have had greater success than Carney, as Trump can be unpredictable and irrational, but what has Carney achieved in his 6 months in power?
Freed Israeli hostage Omer Shem Tov is stating that his Hamas captors were hoping that Kamala Harris was going to win the American election, and when she didn’t, began treating him much better. Is that because they genuinely feared that if Trump returned to the White House, they would be destroyed?
Now that it appears that Trump has done what many thought was impossible. At the very least, all the living hostages have been released, and at the very best, he has achieved peace in the middle east, at least until the next jihad is launched. I find it rather amusing that it appears all the usual crowd who have been fighting against the “orange Hitler” are now in the awkward position of having to admit that Trump actually did some good in the world.
For those who still suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome and are finding it hard to admit that maybe Trump’s “Peace Through Strength” motto was the right way to go all along (think Iran, Syria and Yemen too), I’d like to offer up this quote from Eagles drummer Don Henley, when talking about their notoriously scrappy manager, Irving Azoff, “He may be Satan, but he’s our Satan.”
