So, St. Mike’s, how’s your reputation now? If you were worried about protecting the reputation of your school, you’ve cratered it now. By not reporting a violent sexual assault on a male student by his fellow students, an apparent hazing, until the police literally came to you to after the media approached them for comment, the administration has sullied the reputation of the school.
Instead of being a school where a violent sexual assault occurred, but the administration acted swiftly and decisively to see that the perpetrators were caught and brought to justice, your school will now forever be known as the school whose administration sold-out the lives and safety of its students.
